Viewde Table
Meals are the part of the day residents look forward to, and the part of the budget nobody can explain at year end. Table takes the choices the evening before, checks them against each resident's dietary record, and hands the kitchen numbers it can cook from.
What it does
Known to our German customers as Verpflegung und Ernährung.
Choices taken with a picture
Carers show photographs of the day's options on a tablet. It takes under a minute per resident and works far better for people living with dementia than reading a menu aloud.
Dietary rules applied automatically
IDDSI texture level, the 14 EU allergen groups, diabetic, renal, religious and cultural requirements come from the care record, so a change made by the speech and language therapist takes effect at the next meal.
Menus aligned to DGE quality standards
Six-week seasonal cycles built against the DGE-Qualitätsstandard for care catering, with the nutritional analysis attached for your quality documentation.
Intake recorded once
How much was eaten and drunk is tapped in at the table and posts to the care record, the fluid balance and nutritional screening automatically.
Costs the finance meeting can use
Cost per cover, waste by dish, spend against budget, per week and per house. The dish nobody eats is obvious by the second cycle.
Guests and staff meals
Visitor and staff meals are ordered and charged in the same place, with a monthly statement rather than a cash tin in the office.
