Viewde Shifts
Rostering projects in Germany tend to stall for a reason that has nothing to do with the software: they need the works council to agree, and most vendors hand that problem straight back to the customer. We bring the documentation and turn up to the meeting.
What it does
Known to our German customers as Dienstplanung und Zeiterfassung.
Qualifications enforced, not remembered
The roster knows who is medication-trained, whose certificates expire next month, and what your Fachkraftquote requires on each shift. It will not publish a shift that breaches either.
Four sets of working time rules
Rest periods, maximum shifts and night work for Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Ireland, checked when you publish the roster rather than discovered at an audit.
A works council pack, not an argument
Every deployment includes a data protection and co-determination pack written for §87 BetrVG: what is recorded, who can see it, what is not tracked, and the retention period. Our DACH team joins works council meetings on request, and did so 14 times last year.
Open shifts to the right people
An uncovered shift is offered by notification to eligible staff, ranked to avoid overtime and rest-period breaches. First to accept gets it, subject to your approval.
Time recording that stands up
Clock-in by fixed QR point or geofence, with planned against actual hours, in a form that satisfies the recording obligation confirmed by the Bundesarbeitsgericht in 2022.
Payroll without retyping
Approved hours export to the payroll systems our partners implement, with night, Sunday and public holiday supplements applied by rule per country.
