Viewde Pulse

Every other product records what happened. Pulse is about what has not happened yet: the round running late, the evaluation nobody completed, the incident form still unsigned at the end of the shift.

Live boardFour tiersWeekly digestGroup benchmarking

What it does

Known to our German customers as Alarmierung und Steuerung.

One board, four statuses

Medication, checks, forms and evaluations by status, per house. Managers describe it as the first screen they open and the last one they close.

Escalation you configure

A missed check nudges the carer at ten minutes, the shift lead at twenty, the Pflegedienstleitung at forty and the Geschäftsführung at an hour, with different rules for nights, weekends and each country.

Alerts that reach a person

Push first, SMS if unacknowledged, phone call for tiers you mark clinical. Delivery is logged, so you can demonstrate what was sent and when.

The Monday morning digest

A weekly email to nominated managers: overdue evaluations, medication compliance, incidents by type, agency spend, certificates expiring within 30 days.

Group dashboard

Every house side by side on measures you choose, so a pattern in one location is visible from head office rather than at the next quality review.

Quiet by design

Alert volume is reviewed with you at 30 and 90 days. If staff are dismissing notifications without reading them, the configuration is wrong and we change it.

Questions about Viewde Pulse

In Germany, Austria and the Netherlands these conversations usually go through your implementation partner. Elsewhere, write to info@viewde.com or read the full question list.

Will staff be buried in notifications?
That is the main risk and we design against it. Typical configuration sends a carer two or three notifications per shift; more than that and we retune with you.
Can head office see individual residents?
Only with that permission granted. By default the group dashboard shows aggregated measures, and this is usually a condition of works council approval.
Does Pulse work on its own?
No. It needs Meds or Care to have something to monitor, and we do not sell it standalone.

The rest of the platform

One resident record, one staff directory, one permission model across every product.

Viewde Meds

A medication record that checks the blister, the resident and the time before it will accept a signature.

About Viewde Meds

Viewde Care

Care planning that follows the Strukturmodell rather than fighting it, in whichever language the carer speaks.

About Viewde Care

Viewde Shifts

A roster that respects the ArbZG, your collective agreement and your works council — and still gets built in an afternoon.
