No charge per member of staff, so put everyone on it. Prices exclude VAT and are fixed for the term. This is the platform price; in partner markets your implementation partner prices their own services separately and you will see both lines.

Worked example: a 96-place house on Complete pays €595.20 per month for the platform, plus a one-off €600 platform set-up. A group of seven houses averaging 80 places pays €2,688 per month at the 500–749 resident band. UK customers are invoiced in sterling at £3.40, £5.40 and from £4.20 respectively.
What else costs money, and what does not
The list below is complete for the platform. Implementation, training and first-line support in a partner market are priced by your partner, on their own paper.

| Price increases | Fixed for the term. At renewal, capped at HICP inflation or 4%, whichever is lower. |
Funding and procurement
German services can usually fund a substantial share of a digitisation project through §8 Abs. 8 SGB XI, which has covered part of the cost for 74 of our German customers.
