We build it. Someone local puts it in.

In Germany, Austria and the Netherlands you will buy from a local company rather than from us. They do the migration, the training and the day-to-day support, in your language. Ireland and the UK we handle ourselves, because those customers are close enough to Cork that it makes sense.

Four partner companiesGermany, Austria, Netherlands70% of revenue

How this happened

Not by design. In 2019 a systems house in Cologne saw the product at a trade fair, asked whether they could sell it, and then did the first three German projects better than we would have. We copied the arrangement in Austria and the Netherlands because it kept working.

The plainer version: we cannot tell an Einrichtungsleitung in Bielefeld what her Heimaufsicht is going to ask for. Someone who was in that building last month can.

They run the project, we run the platform

Discovery, migration, training and the first phone call are theirs. Engineering, hosting and the country regulatory work are ours.

You see both prices

Our platform price is published. What your partner charges for their own work sits on their paper, separately. Bundled together, there is no way to tell whether you are paying for good implementation or just for software.

We stay out of their markets

German enquiries get passed on, the large ones included. It costs us a couple of deals a year and it is the only reason the arrangement holds together.

How the relationship is split

Sales and contractThe partner, in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Us, in Ireland and the UK.
Discovery and migrationThe partner, using our method and tooling.
Works council processThe partner leads it. Jan-Peter comes to the meetings from our side.
TrainingThe partner, in your language, on every shift including nights.
The phone, day to dayThe partner, in local hours.
Anything they cannot fixUs, from Cork, 06:00–22:00 CET, and at any hour if it is clinical.
Country regulatory contentUs, with their clinical people telling us what is wrong with it.
Hosting and securityUs. Partners never hold your data outside the platform.

Who they are

Four companies, three of them German-speaking. Tell us where you are and we will introduce you to the right one.

Kernpflege Systemhaus GmbHCologne · western and northern Germany

The first partner we ever had and still the biggest. They found us at a trade fair in 2019 and have put 54 German services live since. They also wrote the payroll interface that now ships with Shifts.

Sanaris Digital GmbHMunich · southern Germany and Austria

They work mainly with larger providers and know their way around a works council process better than we do. 28 services between Bavaria and Austria.

Zorglink B.V.Utrecht · Netherlands

Everything Dutch: the sales, the training and the phone. The Wzd workflow in Care was designed with them, mostly through a series of arguments we lost.

Blisterzentrum Rhein-MainOffenbach · pharmacy integration

Not an implementation partner. They pack blisters for 61 of our German services and were the first pharmacy to connect to us, which is why our interface works the way it does.

Becoming a partner

We are looking for one more partner in eastern Germany, and a first one in Belgium or Switzerland.

What works is a systems house or consultancy already selling something to care providers, with someone on staff who understands the regulatory side of their own market. What has not worked, twice now, is a general IT reseller looking for a new line. Write to info@viewde.com.

What margin do partners work on?
The same margin whatever their size, plus whatever they charge for their own work. We publish the platform price so you can see the split.
Do you take business direct in a partner market?
No. German, Austrian and Dutch enquiries go to the partner covering that region, large groups included.
How are partner consultants trained?
Three weeks with our implementation team in Cork, then two projects shadowed before they run one on their own. The platform part is repeated annually because the software moves.
Who holds the customer contract?
The partner, in partner markets. The customer's data processing agreement is with Viewde EMEA Limited, because we host and process; the partner is a sub-processor where they access data.
What if a partner relationship ends?
Customers keep the platform and move to another partner or to direct support from Cork. Continuity terms are in every partner agreement, because the provider should never be the one who suffers.

Not sure who covers you?

Tell us where you are and we will put you in touch with the right partner, usually the same day.
