Viewde Care
German services lose something like 30% of care time to paperwork. The Strukturmodell was supposed to cut that, and most software responded by putting the same forms on a screen. Care works the other way round: routine gets confirmed, deviations get written about, and staff do it in the language they think in.
What it does

Built on the SIS, not bolted onto it
The Strukturierte Informationssammlung, the risk matrix and the Maßnahmenplan are the structure of the record, not an extra form. Routine care is confirmed by exception; narrative entries are for what deviated.
Five languages on the same record
A Romanian carer reads prompts and writes entries in Romanian; the record stores and displays in the service's official language, with the original preserved. This is the feature Dutch and German customers cite most often.
Assessments the country requires
Pflegegrad-relevant documentation for Germany and Austria, interRAI for Irish providers who use it, MUST and IDDSI for nutrition, and Wzd registration for Dutch services applying involuntary care.
Wound documentation that shows a trend
Photograph with a scale marker, measurement, classification, and a timeline showing whether the wound is improving. Grade changes notify the nominated wound lead automatically.
Evaluation dates that do not slip
Every measure carries an evaluation date. Overdue evaluations appear on the manager's board and in the weekly digest, by resident and by key worker, until they are completed.
